NorthAlto provides integrated technical, commercial and supply-chain support for turbomachinery and rotating equipment, covering requirement definition, technical review, sourcing, procurement, inspection, documentation, logistics and delivery. The scope includes complete equipment, major assemblies, critical components and replacement parts for power generation, oil and gas, process industries, utilities and mechanical-drive applications.
Gas & Steam Turbines
Gas turbine requirements may involve compressor, combustion and hot-gas-path sections, including compressor blades and vanes, combustion chambers and liners, fuel injectors, transition pieces, turbine blades and vanes, heat shields, shrouds, discs, rotor parts and sealing components.
Steam turbine scope may include rotor and shaft assemblies, blades, nozzles, diaphragms, glands and sealing systems for power-generation and mechanical-drive service. Gas turbine packages are commonly referenced to API 616, while steam turbine applications may follow API 611 or API 612, depending on service requirements.
Pumps
The pump portfolio includes centrifugal pumps for process, cooling-water, circulation and utility services. Typical configurations include overhung, between-bearings and vertically suspended pumps, together with shafts, impellers, wear components and sealing systems.
Centrifugal pumps used in petroleum, petrochemical and natural-gas applications are commonly specified in accordance with API 610, while associated shaft-sealing systems may reference API 682.
Compressors
Compressor requirements may include centrifugal, axial and reciprocating machines for gas compression, process service and mechanical-drive applications, together with rotors, impellers, shafts, diaphragms and other critical internal assemblies.
Centrifugal and axial compressors are commonly specified in accordance with API 617, while reciprocating compressors may reference API 618.
Gearboxes, Fans & Blowers
Industrial gearboxes, fans and blowers cover mechanical-drive, ventilation, cooling, process-air and gas-handling duties. Equipment selection is typically based on speed, load, airflow or gas duty, temperature, lubrication arrangement and system interfaces.
Special-purpose gear units may reference API 613, while couplings used with critical rotating machinery may be specified in accordance with API 671.
Turbine Platforms & Compatibility
Turbine components are highly platform-specific and may differ in geometry, material, coating, cooling arrangement and revision status. Compatibility is therefore reviewed using available model information, part numbers, serial numbers, drawings, maintenance records and physical samples where applicable.
Representative turbine platforms include Siemens Energy SGT-series industrial gas turbines, including SGT-100, SGT-200, SGT-300, SGT-400, SGT-600, SGT-700 and SGT-800, together with GE heavy-duty Frame platforms such as Frame 5, Frame 6, Frame 7, and Frame 9, as well as selected Solar Turbines Taurus, Mars and Titan families. Other OEM and legacy turbine platforms can also be evaluated based on the available technical documentation, operating requirements and component identification.
